The John Varvatos Company, a subsidiary of Nautica Enterprises Inc., signed an exclusive license agreement with Zirh International Corp., a subsidiary of Shiseido, in December. Under terms of the agreement, Zirh will develop, manufacture and distribute globally John Varvatos’ fragrance and premium skin care products. The signature line will launch in Spring 2004 in approximately 500 U.S. locations, with distribution expected to include more than 40 countries within the first year.
